Normal Takeoff

A video that goes thru the takeoff procedures.  While the Contact FTI has a lot of good information and walks you thru the procedures via text, you will find the actual pace of what you are doing is quite different.  This video shows how you are mixing checklist procedures, FWOP, and NATOPS all at the same time.  Take a look!

Contact Sight Pictures

This video talks about pitch and bank sight pictures you need to know for flying the aircraft by outside references.  Many students get hooked on the PFD from the early sim events and that translates to them flying more instruments than outside references.  This will show itself in poor airwork, overshooting/undershooting finals, missing waypoints, etc.  The sooner you learn to look off the nose to fly the aircraft, the easier contact flying will become.

Power On Stalls

A video going over the procedures and sight pictures during Power On Stalls

Power Off Stalls (ELP Stalls)

A video to show the procedures and sight pictures during Power Off Stalls

Landing Pattern Stalls (Approach Turn Stall)

A video to show the procedures and sight pictures during Traffic Pattern Stalls
