Handling the Emergency

Here you will find information on the beginning steps to handle emergencies.  There is a lot of information you must know and understand in the initial process.  The EP process, as a whole, brings together your understanding of systems and limitations to analyze what is wrong and then couples it with your flying skills to bring it to a logical conclusion.  The briefing/video and other material on this page are consolidated to help you begin to understand and apply the EP process.

Handling Emergencies

This video breaks down the initial steps to handle emergencies.  The video is narrated to provide explanations.  You may also download the briefing with no narration for your own review.  This video/briefing incorporates information from your PR0101 & PR0106 academic classes.
